THE
PROCESS
Action
commences upon receipt of registration fee, documents
and Premium plan fees plus GST. Skip tracing is included
in the full collection plan. Once the location is confirmed
full payment is demanded with notices and telephone calls.
Many straightforward cases are collected successfully
at this stage. Our lawyers will take legal actions on
behalf of our clients for resisted or disputed cases (on
a case by case basis). We can accommodate our clients
based on their specific requirements. No collection, no
commission. We want to earn your business and merit your
